1. We just HATE it. we have Hospital and whatever things related to hospital, HATE gene implanted. We borned to be hate it!

2. Needles. Before it even reach my arm or bottom, it already HURT!!!

3. Smell. Yuk! Soon as you open and step into the hospital, you know you are at the hospital.

4. Atmosphere. Sick people all around. Poker faced doctors. Busy nurses.
What number am I? today's 134596th patients? It just feels like I'm the electric home appliance got waiting tag to get a A/S at the store. We all understand there are thousand, million people behind me, waiting. Though, be nice to me for a second!

SERVICES
The International Health Care Center is trying to establish a one-stop service system which can minimize the number of 'stop-by's if possible during your visit, and our service coordinators who are fluent in many languages (English, Japanese, French) are available to assist you.

OUTPATIENT SERVICES - Primary medical care service - Routine physical check-up

CONSULTATION AND REFERRALS - 23 clinical departments and 8 specialized centers

INPATIENT SERVICES - Gangnam Severance has 860 hospital beds including VIP rooms available to foreign patients. - Our goal is to help the patients feel comfortable as much as possible. Information for in-patients are listed below.

IMMUNIZATION - For those residing in Korea or traveling other countries - Immunization certificates

INSURANCE CLAIMS

EMERGENCY SERVICE - The emergency care center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - You can also use the touch tone pager service (012-940-2662) in the case of a medical emergency.

For your convenience
- Convenience store(By the Way) is on the B1 level next to the entrance.

- Coffee shop : located in the main lobby next to the outpatient pharmacy.

- Food Garden: located in the basement and open everyday from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., except for the first Sundays of every month. In-patients are not allowed to enter inside the restaurant due to infection control purposes.

- Flower shop: Located outside of main building next to the emergency room near the parking entrance.

- Pay phones: available on each floor.

- Bank: Woori Bank is located on B1 level.

- ATM machine: located on B1 level next to 'By the Way.'

- Prayer room: located on the second floor near OR; opened 24 hours, seven days a week.
